Interest Form

To complete the first step in the registration process, please fill out and submit the form below.

We register interest on a first come, first serve basis. When your form is received in our office, your child will be added to our interest list. Upon receipt, our administrative staff will contact you regarding availability. If you have not heard from us, it is advised that you call the school within a few days to make sure your form was properly received and fully completed.
